High quality working dogs
The dogs here on our small farm guard Nubian goats, Gotland sheep, and a flock of chickens. I bought my first Great Pyrenees to ward off coyotes. He was the best dog ever, such an easy puppy and wonderful guardian. Unfortunately, he had epilepsy and passed away at 2.5 years old. After that painful experience, I brought in two high-quality, health-tested puppies from proven guardians. The female from that pair, Gladys, is the foundation of my breeding program for healthy farm guardians who reflect all the best traits of the Great Pyrenees.
